Prachin Bazar is a Online shopping platform where you can browse, select and order products advertised.

Agreement to the terms and conditions

By accessing and using the site, including placing orders of products through the site, you agree that you will be subject to and will comply with these terms and conditions

(a) By completing your registration through the site; and

(b) Using the site to obtain products from us.

(c) Receiving transactional and promotional notifications from us. 

Registration

You must complete the customer registration process through the site before placing an order for products through the site.

You may not have more than one active account, and your account is non-transferable. You may update, edit or terminate your account at any time through the site. You may not have more than two accounts per delivery address.

If you choose to use a workplace email address for your account or to access the site, then you are solely responsible for ensuring that you comply with the rules, policies or protocols that apply to the use of your email address and your workplace facilities.

Placing an Order for Products

You may order products by selecting and submitting your order through the site.

Any order placed through this site for a product is an offer by you to purchase the particular product for the price notified (including the delivery and other charges and taxes) at the time you place the order.

We may ask you to provide additional details or require you to confirm your details to enable us to process any orders placed through the site.

You agree to provide us with current, complete and accurate details when asked to do so by the site.

Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including if the requested product is not available if there is an error in the price or the product description posted on the site or an error in your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any order without giving any reason(s). We also have the right to suspend or remove a user account without giving any notice or justification to the user. We will keep every unverified order (both Cash on Delivery & Pick from Store) for 24 (Twenty Four) hours and make several attempts to verify. If there is no response, after that time the order will be automatically cancelled.

Delivery of Products

We will only deliver products ordered through the site to a location where we provide delivery services. You may obtain further information on the site about our delivery time frames and how we deliver your products.

We will deliver the products to the front door at the relevant delivery address. If you ask us to deliver inside a premise or building at the delivery address, our delivery concern persons’ are strictly instructed not to go inside or any place except the front door.

If you are not the person collecting your ordered items, then your representative must provide us with proof of their identity. You acknowledge that we may record the details of any identification provided in relation to the collection of products.

Delivery and Floor Access Terms and Conditions

If an operational lift is available at the delivery location, the delivery personnel will transport the product to any designated floor regardless of its weight.

If No Lift Available:

For items weighing 15 kg or less, the delivery personnel will transport the product up to the third floor.

For items exceeding 15 kg, delivery will be limited to the ground floor, and the customer is required to collect the product.

 

Delivery Delay

Our delivery delay policy ensures transparency and customer satisfaction in cases where a product is not readily available. We understand that timely delivery is crucial, but unforeseen circumstances can sometimes disrupt this process. If a product is unavailable, we prioritize locating it from our suppliers or manufacturers. However, if it exceeds a reasonable timeframe, we notify customers promptly about the delay and provide estimated delivery dates.

Our commitment is to deliver exceptional service, even amidst challenges. Customers can choose to wait for the product or opt for a refund or alternative product. Clear communication and proactive updates are fundamental to our policy. We strive to minimize inconveniences and maintain trust by keeping customers informed every step of the way.


Price changes
If the customer get a product with price mismatch, we will encourage the customer to let us know we will refund the money via coupon & will solve the issue within 72 hrs.

Perishable Product Price Policy

For all kinds of perishable products such as vegetables, meat. mutton, chicken, duck, turkey, fishes, eggs, milk, rice, etc. price and offers will vary based upon users specify selected locations, zone, area, locality. So it is advised to log in with your concerned location and check the offer price before check out to avoid any kind of confusion.

Product Promotions Policy

Please note that the delivery of promotional products or products with a special offer is subject to stock availability. If the product is out of stock, then we request you to replace it with another product which is in stock. You may also cancel the order if you want.


Basket Value Offer Policy

Basket Value Offer means if a user orders a certain purchase limit then the user will get a certain offer. 

Basket Value (Certain Purchase Limit) offers are subject to a fixed number of coupon limit usage and campaign timeline availability.

Which means whenever a certain number of coupon limit or campaign timeline expires our coupon code will be expired automatically.

Again, if a certain number of coupons are used before the campaign timeline it will be expired automatically.

Basket Value Offer Limitation

All Basket Value Offer Can’t be activated for – any kind of oil products, Powder Milk, Tobacco products, Baby Foods and any kind of 3rd Party products (non grocery) Category.

Please be informed all the basket value (Certain Purchase Limit) offer is not applicable during Weekend offers and any special day offer durations.

Such as basket value offers are not active during Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays (weekend offer) and Super Saver Tuesdays.

Super Saver Tuesday offers can be for Dhaka or Chittagong or can be for both locations. 

Free Product Offer Policy

If basket value (Certain Purchase Limit) meets a certain limit the user will enable a free product predetermined by the system itself.

This free product offer also follows the same modality as the basket value offer policy. (see basket value policy)  


Free Delivery Disclaimer

To avail free delivery service without Cash on Delivery options you need to have minimum basket value which applicable in the campaign timeline. This will only be applicable when free delivery promotion will be offered. 

Prachin Bazar Online Flash Sales

Prachin Bazar Online flash sales will be for a particular set of products. This product discounts will be aggressive and the timeline will vary upon stock availability. If a particular product is sold out before the timeline, then re-order of that product discount will not be active. This flash sales offer will be for a specific location.

i.e.  7 UP 2 Liter soft drinks will be sold at 50% discount only at Online delivery covering areas.

Customers will request order by calling Prachin Bazar Online Customer Service on 01889096784 (between 9 am – 9 pm during the campaign timeline) based on customer request; the order will be generated.

Modality for Prachin Bazar Online Flash Sales

a)     Particular product limit will not be applicable

b)     Any Basket Value and Free Product Offer will not be applicable

c)     An Order will be created only for flash sales products (as it’s a manual order process)  

d)     Payment Method: Only Cash on Delivery and Swipe Cards on Delivery available

Order Policy

There will be order limits set for certain products to ensure every customer can avail of the necessary products for daily consumption. Prahcin Bazar Online is not a marketplace for business to business (B2B) transactions. It is instead an online shopping platform for personal consumption and usage. Thus, we highly discourage shopping with reselling or commercial motives.

Club Card is a property of the Prachin Bazar store and can be used to earn and redeem points only at physical stores.

যদি ডেলিভারি স্থানে একটি কার্যকরী লিফট পাওয়া যায়, তাহলে ডেলিভারি কর্মীরা পণ্যটি ওজন নির্বিশেষে যেকোনো নির্ধারিত তলায় পরিবহন করবেন।

যদি লিফট না থাকে:

১৫ কেজি বা তার কম ওজনের পণ্যের জন্য, ডেলিভারি কর্মীরা পণ্যটি তৃতীয় তলায় পরিবহন করবেন।

১৫ কেজির বেশি ওজনের পণ্যের জন্য, ডেলিভারি কেবল নিচতলায় সীমাবদ্ধ থাকবে এবং গ্রাহককে পণ্যটি সংগ্রহ করতে হবে।

ডেলিভারি বিলম্ব

যেসব পণ্য সহজেই পাওয়া যায় না, সেখানে আমাদের ডেলিভারি বিলম্ব নীতি স্বচ্ছতা এবং গ্রাহক সন্তুষ্টি নিশ্চিত করে। আমরা বুঝতে পারি যে সময়মত ডেলিভারি অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ, তবে অপ্রত্যাশিত পরিস্থিতি কখনও কখনও এই প্রক্রিয়াটিকে ব্যাহত করতে পারে। যদি কোনও পণ্য অনুপলব্ধ থাকে, তাহলে আমরা আমাদের সরবরাহকারী বা নির্মাতাদের কাছ থেকে এটি খুঁজে বের করতে অগ্রাধিকার দিই। তবে, যদি এটি একটি যুক্তিসঙ্গত সময়সীমা অতিক্রম করে, তাহলে আমরা গ্রাহকদের বিলম্ব সম্পর্কে তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে অবহিত করি এবং আনুমানিক ডেলিভারি তারিখ প্রদান করি।

যদি গ্রাহক এমন কোনও পণ্য পান যার দামের সাথে অমিল থাকে, তাহলে আমরা গ্রাহককে আমাদের জানাতে উৎসাহিত করব যে আমরা কুপনের মাধ্যমে টাকা ফেরত দেব এবং ৭২ ঘন্টার মধ্যে সমস্যাটি সমাধান করব।

পচনশীল পণ্যের মূল্য নীতি

সব ধরণের পচনশীল পণ্য যেমন শাকসবজি, মাংস, খাসির মাংস, মুরগি, হাঁস, টার্কি, মাছ, ডিম, দুধ, ভাত ইত্যাদির জন্য মূল্য এবং অফার ব্যবহারকারীদের নির্দিষ্ট স্থান, অঞ্চল, এলাকা, এলাকা নির্দিষ্ট করার উপর নির্ভর করে পরিবর্তিত হবে। তাই যেকোনো ধরণের বিভ্রান্তি এড়াতে আপনার সংশ্লিষ্ট অবস্থানের সাথে লগ ইন করুন এবং চেক আউট করার আগে অফার মূল্য পরীক্ষা করুন।

বাস্কেট ভ্যালু অফার নীতি

বাস্কেট ভ্যালু অফার মানে যদি কোনও ব্যবহারকারী একটি নির্দিষ্ট ক্রয় সীমা অর্ডার করেন তবে ব্যবহারকারী একটি নির্দিষ্ট অফার পাবেন।

বাস্কেট ভ্যালু (নির্দিষ্ট ক্রয় সীমা) অফারগুলি একটি নির্দিষ্ট সংখ্যক কুপন সীমা ব্যবহারের এবং প্রচারের সময়সীমার উপলব্ধতার উপর নির্ভর করে।

এর অর্থ যখনই একটি নির্দিষ্ট সংখ্যক কুপন সীমা বা প্রচারের সময়সীমা শেষ হয়ে যায় তখন আমাদের কুপন কোড স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে মেয়াদোত্তীর্ণ হয়ে যাবে।

আবার, যদি প্রচারের সময়সীমার আগে নির্দিষ্ট সংখ্যক কুপন ব্যবহার করা হয় তবে এটি স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে মেয়াদোত্তীর্ণ হয়ে যাবে।

বাস্কেট ভ্যালু অফার সীমাবদ্ধতা

সমস্ত বাস্কেট ভ্যালু অফার সক্রিয় করা যাবে না – যে কোনও ধরণের তেল পণ্য, গুঁড়ো দুধ, তামাকজাত পণ্য, শিশুর খাবার এবং যে কোনও ধরণের তৃতীয় পক্ষের পণ্য (মুদিখানা নয়) বিভাগের জন্য।

অনুগ্রহ করে সকলকে অবহিত করুন যে, সপ্তাহান্তের অফার এবং বিশেষ দিনের অফার চলাকালীন বাস্কেট ভ্যালু (নির্দিষ্ট ক্রয় সীমা) অফার প্রযোজ্য নয়।

যেমন বাস্কেট ভ্যালু অফার শুক্রবার, শনিবার, রবিবার (সপ্তাহান্তের অফার) এবং সুপার সেভার মঙ্গলবারে সক্রিয় থাকে না।

সুপার সেভার মঙ্গলবার অফার ঢাকা বা চট্টগ্রামের জন্য হতে পারে অথবা উভয় স্থানের জন্যই হতে পারে।

বিনামূল্যে পণ্য অফার নীতি

যদি বাস্কেট ভ্যালু (নির্দিষ্ট ক্রয় সীমা) একটি নির্দিষ্ট সীমা পূরণ করে তবে ব্যবহারকারী সিস্টেম দ্বারা পূর্বনির্ধারিত একটি বিনামূল্যে পণ্য সক্ষম করবেন।

এই বিনামূল্যে পণ্য অফারটিও বাস্কেট ভ্যালু অফার নীতির মতো একই পদ্ধতি অনুসরণ করে। (বাস্কেট ভ্যালু নীতি দেখুন)

বিনামূল্যে ডেলিভারি দাবিত্যাগ

ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি বিকল্প ছাড়াই বিনামূল্যে ডেলিভারি পরিষেবা পেতে আপনার প্রচারণার সময়রেখায় প্রযোজ্য ন্যূনতম বাস্কেট ভ্যালু থাকতে হবে। এটি কেবল তখনই প্রযোজ্য হবে যখন বিনামূল্যে ডেলিভারি প্রচারণা দেওয়া হবে।

প্রাচীন বাজার অনলাইন ফ্ল্যাশ বিক্রয়

প্রাচীন বাজার অনলাইন ফ্ল্যাশ বিক্রয় নির্দিষ্ট পণ্যের জন্য হবে। এই পণ্যের ছাড় আক্রমণাত্মক হবে এবং সময়সীমা স্টকের প্রাপ্যতার উপর নির্ভর করে পরিবর্তিত হবে। যদি কোনও নির্দিষ্ট পণ্য নির্ধারিত সময়ের আগে বিক্রি হয়ে যায়, তাহলে সেই পণ্যের ছাড়ের পুনঃঅর্ডার সক্রিয় থাকবে না। এই ফ্ল্যাশ বিক্রয় অফারটি একটি নির্দিষ্ট স্থানের জন্য প্রযোজ্য হবে।

অর্থাৎ ২ লিটার কোমল পানীয় ৫০% ছাড়ে শুধুমাত্র অনলাইন ডেলিভারি কভারিং এলাকায় বিক্রি করা হবে।

গ)        শুধুমাত্র ফ্ল্যাশ বিক্রয় পণ্যের জন্য একটি অর্ডার তৈরি করা হবে (কারণ এটি একটি ম্যানুয়াল অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়া)
